Candlestickshop Membership Terms & Conditions 1. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, or reuse any of the data provided to you by Candlestick Shop in any manner without prior written approval. 2. Due to the many technical and other factors involved in processing this service, we do not and cannot guarantee the delivery of the Candlestick Shop daily services. The Candlestick Shop services are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. 3 You may terminate your membership of our service at anytime by sending a written notice to the following email: info@candlestickshop.com 4. By using the Candlestick Shop service, you agree that use of our service is entirely at your own risk. You understand and agree that the Candlestick Shop owner, is not a registered investment advisor or a broker dealer, and that there is a very high degree of risk involved in trading and otherwise dealing with securities. You further understand and agree that past results of any individual trader or of any individual stock or other security are not indicative of future returns by that trader or of that stock or other security and are not to be used by you as any sort of indication or implication of future returns that may be realized by you. 5. Your membership in Candlestick Shop may not be assigned, transferred to any other party nor may you allow any other party to use your membership nor access our service. 6. While the content of the information contained in the advisories are believed to be accurate when issued, Candlestick Shop cannot be held liable for any loss that could result from use of or reliance on the information provided in the Candlestick Shop service, for failure to deliver the service in a timely manner; for technical difficulties in processing and/or transmission of the service, for errors, omissions and/or misprints in the bulletin including but not limited to lost profits and special or consequential damages of any kind. 7. Candlestick Shop reserves the right but has no obligation to reject any material brought to Owner's attention but Owner shall not, as a regular matter, review, edit, censor or otherwise maintain any supervisory role with regard to any Material. 9.
